Hey, it’s been a minute. Sorry I’ve been gone. I am a year older and wiser. I will be divorced soon. I’ve been to school and now I’m ready to start again. I can’t promise I’ll write more, I think I might not. But at least now you know where I’ve been.
Hey Folks
It’s been a while, but I have some news.
My long-term partner and I got married on March 19th of this past year, and we’ve also started dating a third person in the last month. So we’re going through some changes in our relationship and life has become both simpler and more complicated.
It’s been nearly a year since my last post- I can’t believe the time has gone so fast. I’m planning an overhaul of the site in the new year, it’s time for a fresh start.
Talk to you soon, I hope.
Professional Imposter
The weather yesterday was nice.
I didn’t feel the imposter syndrome effect yesterday as much as I did the day before. I’m worried I’ll feel it today because I finished the task I’ve grasped already, and now I’ll have to try and struggle through the rest. I was supposed to get more training tomorrow in overtime, but it’s been cancelled.
Long-Term Hiatus
Hey, if anyone’s still reading at this point, it is probably pretty clear that I haven’t been posting lately. I guess I’ve lost interest, and been pretty busy out in the real world, so I don’t have as much time to devote anymore. Posts from now on will be infrequent, sometimes with months in between.

Camp NaNoWriMo word count update
Hey folks, I’m not too far off today’s target at 4806 out of 5500 so far!!
Camp NaNoWriMo, Again, Apparently
So, I’m doing it again, apparently.
My word count goal is much lower this time, however, because July is a very busy month for me this year. This is the first year I’m doing both summer NaNos, too, so I thought I’d go easy on myself. For now, my goal is 15,500, so about 500 words per day, which is pretty reasonable.
I started on July 3rd, though, so I’m a little bit behind, but not by too much.
I am also writing by hand for the first time, which should be interesting. So far I’m having pretty good success getting something onto the nice crisp white pages, and I hope it continues this way. I dread the hand cramps that are in my future, though.
